ID necessary at the polls?

Yes – for all first time voters who registered by mail who did not previously provide a copy of ID.¹

Acceptable forms of ID at the polls:

Must include name and address:

• Copy of photo ID

• Utility bill

• Bank statement

• Government paycheck

• Government document

If no ID

The voter must cast a provisional ballot. She or he has up until 9 pm that day to provide ID the your ballot to be counted.²
