ID necessary at the polls?

Yes – for all first time voters who did not previously provide a copy of ID.

Acceptable forms of ID at the polls

Must show name and address:

• Copy of photo ID

• Utility bill

• Bank statement

• Government paycheck

• Government document

If no ID

Vote a challenged or provisional ballot and can bring ID by the end of Election Day or the next day (depending on the county) for the vote to count.
