Yes – for all first time voters who registered by mail who did not previously provide a copy of ID.1 |

Vote a provisional ballot. Ballots are then counted on Election Day, so there is no period of time after casting a provisional ballot with which to prove identity, unless the voter returns to the polls with ID later that same day.2 |
