ID necessary at the polls?

Yes – for all first time voters who registered by mail who either did not previously provide a copy of ID or provided unverifiable ID numbers.

Inactive voters and challenged voters must also present identification.

Acceptable forms of ID at the poll

Must show name and address:

• Drivers License/State ID Number

• Social Security number

• Photo ID

• Utility bill

• Bank statement

• Government paycheck

• Government document

If no ID

Vote a provisional ballot.
