ID necessary at the polls?

Yes – for everyone. The voter will be asked to provide a current and valid picture ID with a signature. If your the picture ID doesn’t have a signature, she or he will have to provide additional ID with a signature.

Acceptable forms of ID at the polls:

Photo ID required:

• Florida Drivers license

• Florida ID card

• US Passport

• Employee badge/ID

• Buyer’s club ID

• Debit/Credit Card

• Military ID

• Student ID

If no ID:

Vote a provisional ballot

Special Circumstances

The following people don’t need to provide ID:

• People over 65

• People with a temp/perm. Disability

• Members of uniformed services/Merchant Marine and their spouses and children
